2020 Wild Huacha No.1 Organic White Tea

This white tea is made from Huacha No.1, a variety grown from wild, non-planted tea trees without artificial cultivation. The leaf carries a layered, evolving taste that changes noticeably from one infusion to the next, and it is packed with care so it suits both personal drinking and gifting.

Wild-Grown Character

Tasting Notes

Each infusion unfolds differently: the opening is fresh and bright, then herbal and slightly woody notes emerge as the tea opens, with a clean, lingering sweetness through the later steeps. It rewards patient gongfu brewing.

Brewing and Storage

Brew with 5 g per 150 ml of water at 95°C, using short infusions of 15–30 seconds to follow the changing layers of flavour. Store sealed, away from light and strong odours. Available as a 250 g pack, with a complimentary 50 g tin included.
